The Foo Fighters and Rick Astley may have pulled off the most epic ‘Rickroll’ ever this weekend in Japan.
During their set at the Summer Sonic Festival in Japan, Dave Grohl and company welcomed singer Rick Astley on stage.
Astley, of course, is best known for his song ‘Never Gonna Give You Up,’ which gave birth to the ‘Rickroll’ craze.
As you can see in the video, Grohl began the Foos performance with Astley by performing the Nirvana hit ‘Smells Like Teen Spirit,’ before Astley added in the ‘Never Gonna Give You Up’ lyrics, giving us quite possibly the great ‘Rickroll’ ever.
