Former Faith No More singer Chuck Mosley has passed away. He was 57 years old.
According to a statement released by Mosley’s family, which was published by Loudwire, the vocalist passed away ‘due to the disease of addiction.’
Mosley was Faith No More’s vocalist from 1984 to 1988 and appeared on two of the band’s albums, including 1985’s We Care A Lot.
After leaving Faith No More, Mosley released albums with the band Cement and as a solo artist.
Faith No More took to Facebook to pay tribute to their fallen bandmate:
Mosley’s family is accepting donations to help pay for funeral expenses.
