There’s a new World’s Ugliest Dog and its name is Scamp the Tramp!
According to The Guardian, Scamp the Tramp beat out 18 other ugly dogs to win the 31st Annual World’s Ugliest Dog contest, which took place in California.
The contest is held to raise awareness for the needs of rescue dogs.
