How long can you hold a plank? Probably not as long as this guy.
62-year-old George Hood recently set the Guinness World Record after he held a plank for 8 hours and 15 minutes!
This isn’t the first time Hood became the record holder. Back in 2011, he held a plank for one hour and 20 minutes, which pales in comparison to his new time.
According to CNN, Hood trained every day by holding a plank for four-to-five hours. In total, he planked for approximately 2,100 hours while preparing for his World Record try.
