A classic 90’s horror film franchise will return to the big screen, thanks to the writer of Get Up and Us.

Jordan Peele crafted the screenplay for Candyman, which is being billed as a sequel to the original 1992 film starring Tony Todd.

Candyman arrives in theaters this June.
