Michigan Bars and Restaurants To Close at 3 P.M., Carry-Out Still Available

Governor Gretchen Whitmer will announce that she is ordering all Michigan bars and restaurants will close at 3 p.m. today, though carry-out and delivery services will still be available.

This news, which is being reported by MLive, comes as the coronavirus continues to spread across the country.

Michigan follows in the footsteps of Illinois and Ohio, who have also ordered their bars and restaurants to close.

Whitmer is also working to close casinos. The three major casinos in Detroit will close later today.
