If you’ve been waiting for your turn to get the coronavirus vaccine, your wait may be over sooner rather than later.

The Michigan Department of Heath and Human Services has announced that any adult over the age of 16 will be eligible to get the vaccine beginning on April 5th, according to ABC12.

Beginning Monday, March 22nd, adults over the age of 50 will be able to get the vaccine.

President Joe Biden announced during a speech earlier this week that every American would be eligible for the vaccine by May 1st. It looks like Michigan is getting a jump on that.
