The Detroit Lions listed starting quarterback Jared Goff as doubtful for their Sunday road game against the Cleveland Browns.If Goff, who has an oblique injury, can’t go, Tim Boyle would make his first career start under center.Goff got hurt during last Sunday in Detroit’s 16-16 tie against the Pittsburgh Steelers. He missed practice for three straight days, including Friday.Coach Dan Campbell told reporters Friday the team is prepared to start Boyle, who saw action in eight games last season for the Green Bay Packers as Aaron Rodgers’ back-up but did not attempt a pass.Boyle completed 3 of 4 passes for 15 yards in 2019.
